I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves by using the power of our mind and energy to let go of what is no longer serving us. I am a Certified Reiki Master, hypnotherapist, and wellness coach. I received my Reiki level 1 certification in 2019, level 2 certification in 2021, and level 3 Reiki Master certification in 2023. I was trained by Marisa Peer in Rapid Transformational Therapy and hypnotherapy for 1 year, and received my certifications in 2023.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 6 years and have a passion for helping people create true and long-lasting change. It is my mission to provide high quality services to help you actually heal so you can confidently become your most authentic self.
Rapid Transformational Therapy
I'm trained and certified in this multi-award winning hypnotherapy called Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT); created by world renowned therapist, Marisa Peer. RTT combines the principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and neuro-linguistic programming.
Using this powerful tool, I guide you into hypnosis so you can directly access your subconscious mind. We then get to the root problem, so you can understand exactly how and why this problem came into your life to begin with. Next, I will guide you to let go of the beliefs and programming that you no longer want. We finish the session with a personalized and unique recording that you will listen to for at least 21 days.
Trying to change from the conscious mind can have its limits, and willpower alone can’t break the fears and habits you want to get rid of.
In this state, the critical, fear based mind is bypassed, so we can access the beliefs we formed years ago. RTT is so effective because it helps you change your perceptions and beliefs at the subconscious level, and can deliver rapid and long lasting results in just 1-3 sessions.
Reiki
Reiki is an energy balancing system meant to clear energetic blockages and support the body’s natural healing process. The word “Reiki” can be broken down into two parts. “Rei” meaning higher power or God’s wisdom and “Ki” meaning life force energy. During each session, the Reiki Practitioner becomes a channel for the universal life force energy. The practitioner uses their hands with the intention of allowing the energy to flow through them and directly to the receiver. Reiki can be performed both by distance and in-person. This powerful healing energy is not confined to any time or space, so it works just the same for a distance session.
